Youth Ministry Mission Statement:
Young people are an integral part of our parishes' life now and in the future. St. Margaret-St. John and St. Anthony's Youth Ministry is dedicated to inviting, working with, and supporting young people, along with their families. We will help them grow in their relationship with God, as followers of Jesus Christ in the faith, through powerful prayer and worship, Catholic teaching, fostering leadership skills, and meaningful service opportunities.

Our ministry offers a variety of ways for everyone, especially young people in middle school and high school to grow in their Catholic faith wit the rest of their faith community. We are committed to comprehensive youth ministry, which allows for young people to be involved in many parish ministries to share their unique gifts and talents with the entire community. Our ministries include, Youth Ministry Core Leadership Team, EDGE Core Leadership Team, EDGE Middle School Ministry and Confirmation.

St. Anthony Parish is part of a Multi-Parish Youth Ministry Program along with St. Margaret-St. John Parish in Fairfax. Our youth ministry program focuses on the three goals (Empowerment, Participation and Growth) and eight components (Advocacy, Catechesis, Building Community, Evangelization, Justice and Service, Leadership Development, Pastoral Care, Prayer and Worship) set forth by the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry and USCCB in the document: "Renewing the Vision."
